1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MECASOFT's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

MECASOFT is a production management SaaS platform designed for workshops and manufacturing businesses. The service is currently in early access phase, and features may be added, modified, or removed.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

By joining our waitlist:

  • You agree to receive email communications about MECASOFT updates and early-bird benefits
  • All communications are non-spam and relevant to MECASOFT
  • You can unsubscribe at any time
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service
  • We reserve the right to manage waitlist access at our discretion

4. Email Communications

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email marketing platform. By subscribing:

  • You consent to receive emails through Brevo
  • You acknowledge that your data will be processed by Brevo in accordance with their Privacy Policy
  • All emails are relevant updates about MECASOFT, not spam
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails

5. User Accounts

When the service becomes available, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MECASOFT are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MECASOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Future Integrations and API

MECASOFT plans to offer integrations and API access in the future. When available:

  • API access will be subject to separate terms and conditions
  • Integrations may require additional agreements
  • API usage may be subject to rate limits and usage restrictions

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
